Fans are anxiously awaiting the return of Stalker even if it is just for the last few episodes of season one. New information is out on when they may expect to see the last three episodes of the season air that will likely tie up the story that was left hanging last month.

The Bryan Times reports that the show will likely return in late April to air the last few episodes.

Earlier Maggie Q, one of the stars of the show, tweeted that the show would be back at the end of the month but with the timeline on that running out so quickly, it’s not likely that this will be the case.

However, the show did end on a cliffhanger where Mira Sorvino’s character come in to help find Beth (Maggie Q) after she had been captured by an enemy. This story was left completely unresolved in the “finale” for the season. This was even more troublesome for fans as it was then speculated that due to ratings, the show may not come back at all

What the next move seems to be is that CSI: Cyber who is currently in the time slot, will be ending a short run of episodes. Stalker will come back to finish the season at that point.

The downside is that we don’t know if it will come back for a second season but it is rumored to be on the chopping block. Official word will likely come out sometime in May.

Stalker is rumored to return for the finale episodes in late April.
